Different Dimension Sun of a Beach Collection, Summer 2017

Afternoon beauties!  I'm a mermaid today, hanging by the pool.  Watching swim lessons, then we're going to stay here and swim around, sun bathe, eat lunch.  It's a hard life, but someone's gotta do it!  I also thought it would be a perfect time to share a fabulous new neon collection from Different Dimension.  This is the Sun of a Beach Collection, 5 rad neon jellies full of color shifting glitters and holo micro flakies.  This collection is available now, $10 each or $50 for the set.  If you love holo you totally need these in your life.  I love the additions of flakies and glitters, they make the polishes unique and beautiful.  Alright, let's jump n and check them out!

Let's start with Girls Just Wanna Have Sun, a neon yellow jelly with holo micro flakies and color shifting glitters.  Love this shade of yellow, just like a highlighter!  The formula is a bit sheer, as expected with a jelly.  The glitters are fairly prominent with the first few coats, meaning they stick out from the polish.  But it built up great and with 4 thin coats I had full coverage and all my glitters were covered up nicely!  I used topcoat for a smooth to the touch finish.

Tropic Like It's Hot is an awesome neon orange jelly with those cool color shifting glitters and holo micro flakies.  They really glow in this base!  Same formula and application as the last one.  4 thin coats, topcoat to smooth out.

Wanna Get Lei'd is a radioactive neon green jelly with holo micro flakies and color shifting glitters.  This is so fun!  Formula was a little more opaque than the last 2, but the application was the same.  I used 3 coats and topcoat to finish.

99 Problems And I Beach Ain't One is a neon magenta jelly with holo micro flakes and color shifting glitters.  LOVE this color.  Of course.  It's definitely not just a standard hot pink, which I think is a fun change up from typical neon collections.  3 thin coats and topcoat.

Don't Get Tide Down is a neon blue jelly with color shifting glitters and holo micro flakies.  Formula and application were both good, just as I described above.  I used 3 thin coats for almost-full coverage and finished up with topcoat for a smooth finish.
